This simple concrete slab crosses a small stream at the point where it flows into the Mississippi River.
Built in approximately 1930, the bridge is set just north of the Fort Madison Bridge in Fort Madison, near the State Prison.

The bridge is constructed of five concrete slab spans, set onto concrete piers.

The author has ranked the bridge as minimally significant due to the common design, despite the acceptable condition of the bridge.
